Registration with the Secretary of State (Incorporation, LLC, or Sole Proprietorship)
Our company will assist you with the completion of the necessary application and paper work needed for filling with the Secretary of State to officially incorporate and register your organization, business/company or Sole Proprietorship with the Secretary of State. Please be aware that If you are filing for a 501(c) (3), a business cannot be a Limited Liability Company (LLC), it must be Incorporated.
